THE MISSISSIPPI LIBRARY COMMISSION RENEWS LEARNINGEXPRESS LIBRARY TO DELIVER WEB-BASED ASSESSMENT AND SKILL REMEDIATION PROGRAMS TO MILLIONS OF MISSISSIPPI STATE RESIDENTS
