The Way We Use Information:
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order on LearnATest.com only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
We use your e-mail address to answer the e-mail we receive and issue notification about the posting of test scores. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.
Children's Privacy:
Protecting the privacy of users under the age of 18 is especially important to us. LearningExpressOnline.com, one of the LE websites, is an online K–12 assessment system that offers practice tests, diagnostic assessments, and administrative reports based on state educational standards. All student information is protected by individual student, teacher, and administrative usernames and passwords. All personal information provided to LearningExpressOnline.com through use of its products and services, including the names of individual customers and/or students, is private to the customer and LearningExpressOnline.com.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

LearningExpress, LLC makes commercially reasonable efforts to protect such information and to limit its use and disclosure as described herein, but cannot guarantee that such efforts will be successful.
